Last night I attended the launch of Christian Louboutin's 20th Anniversary Limited Edition capsule collection at Westfield, Sydney. The boutique was filled with beautiful and colourful shoes, 8 of which are from Louboutin's 20ans capsule collection, referencing classic styles from his archives. The style that stood out to me the most was the Pensée (available in Pink and Yellow at Sydney CL boutique), the shoe that sparked the red sole signature. The oversized flower on the ankle strap gives a whimsical feel to this pump which I absolutely adore!!!
I tried on both the pink and yellow Pensée and the pink version was a winner! The last is the same as the Pigalle and I feel most comfortable in these at 100mm. The 120mm proves to be a challenge as is the Pigalle 120 which I also have but sadly do not wear much.
